Main responsibilities include...

To maintain food hygiene, service & presentation to a high standard

Deliver first class food throughout service

To share responsibility with the Chefs for the checking, probing, and signing of all food deliveries to ensure that only the highest standards of produce is accepted into the unit.

To assist with carrying out stock takes as appropriate.

Manage a team and support them in their development

As a member of our team you are equally responsible for cleaning and hygiene and that any assigned daily and weekly cleaning duties are carried out.

You will have worked in a kitchen environment in an alike position. Your mission is clear, you must support your team in delivering great food to our customers, maintaining standards of presentation, hygiene and organisation.
