Bart & Taylor Co. are a collection of award-winning, premium boutique bars and restaurants, spanning from London to the North of England, each with their own unique concept and style.

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join our team at Adam and Eve, Alnwick.

The successful applicant will have extensive experience of managing day-to-day kitchen operations of a similar restaurant or brasserie concept, they will have extensive knowledge of classical and modern cooking techniques and a creative take on menu design. They will possess the personality traits and skills needed to deliver both an outstanding guest experience and lead a happy, effective, and well-trained team.

They will be a self-proclaimed ‘foodie’. Able to thrive in high pressure environments, be open to learning different cuisines and techniques and be excited about leading menu design and development. They will be liaising with suppliers directly to ensure you have the best produce possible to deliver an exceptional yet profitable menu.
