Tonic are searching for a Head Bartender to join our client’s stunning luxury Hotel and Spa in the Cotswold’s. Situated in beautiful scenery with fabulous views the site offers a variety of dining experiences and the Spa is the perfect place to switch off and unwind. T his is a role where you will have full input into your cocktail menu, developing innovative and exciting seasonal drinks, using the best locally sourced ingredients. You will have a passion for everything beverage and be up to date with the latest goings-on within the industry. As Head Bartender you will be working closely with the Operations Manager to produce drinks of the highest calibre. This is the perfect opportunity for an Assistant Sommelier or Mixologist looking for the next big step in their career . Who is our client looking for? You will preferably have WSET level 3 (passed with distinction) or equivalent qualification. You will live and breathe cocktails - we want to know what you are drinking and what books you are geeking out on. Due to location, you will need to have access to your own transport. You do not necessarily have to have previously worked in a luxury hotel but previous experience in a similar role is essential.
