Join our young and growingbakery in Brentford as a hands-on manager, creating world-class products for our London-based customers.

Your Role

We’re looking for an individual with experience of running a day-to-day bakery operation and well as strong knowledge of baking techniques, quality assurance andteam management.You’ll be working in the bakery on a daily basis, assisting the team creating our high quality doughs and pastries as well as packing these to be sent to our customers. Assisting our Head of Bakery with production planning, team management, recruitmentandtraining will also be a key responsibility.

Our London Bakery is a new exciting start up in an established bakery to cater for a fast growing London e-commerce business and to support with volumes for The Newt in Somerset as and when required. We will focus on amazing quality bakery and pastry products and sometimes the more niche. We are always developing new products so that we can offer variety to our customers so you will get the chance to show your talent and passion for amazing baking!
