About the Role:

Working in the production area, building electrical wiring harnesses in line with our high standards ensuring customer satisfaction at all times

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Building electrical wiring harnesses in line with our high standards, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Following all procedures and processes to meet day to day requirements of the business as well as quality and health and safety standards and requirements.
  • Achieving effective continuity of agreed deadlines through flexible working patterns
  • Actively participating in training activities provided by the company to ensure all high quality build standards are met and continuously improved.

Safety & Environmental

  • Ensures Environmental Health & Safety policy is always adhered to.
  • Promotes Environmental Health & Safety awareness.
  • Responsible for adhering to EHS procedures & policies to ensure compliance.

Required Education & Experience:

  • Previous experience with OEM and system 25 harnesses (motorsport/aerospace) MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
  • Cirris or another electrical harness testing software experience DESIRED, NOT MANDATORY

System or Knowledge

System 25 and automotive wiring knowledge and experience

  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Good communication skills

Other Features Of Job

  • Eligible to work in the UK.
  • This role is based at either our Towcester site in Northampton working 37.5 hours per week.
  • Travel occasionally.
