Responsibilities:

· Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, facilities, and equipment.

· Conduct routine inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues promptly.

· Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, electrical components, and appliances.

· Paint, patch, and perform minor carpentry work as needed.

· Handle basic landscaping tasks, including lawn care and gardening.

· Assist in the setup and teardown of equipment for events or projects.

· Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient completion of tasks.

· Maintain records of completed work orders and update maintenance logs.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.

· Proficient in a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.

· Knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials commonly used in maintenance work.

· Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

· Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented approach.

Join our team at as a Residential Carpenter and be a part of creating beautiful, functional, and custom living spaces for our valued clients. We are seeking talented individuals who are passionate about carpentry and dedicated to delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

· Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, drywall, and other materials according to the project requirements.

· Install doors, windows, staircases, cabinets, moulding, and other carpentry components.

· Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians and plumbers, to ensure proper installation and functionality of various systems.

· Repair and replace damaged framework or other structures.

· Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide recommendations on design and materials.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Residential Carpenter

· Knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, materials, and safety practices.

· Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings.

· Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

· - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
