What We’re Looking For:

· Experienced Stylist: Possess at least 3 years of professional on-the-floor styling experience with an NVQ

Level 2 qualification.

· Versatile Skills: Proficiency in cutting, colouring, and styling for clients with diverse hair types and styles.

· Team Player: Collaborate effectively with salon colleagues to create a harmonious work environment.

· Commitment to Growth: Demonstrate enthusiasm for continuous learning and improvement in your craft.

· Positive Attitude: Uphold high standards of professionalism, maintain a positive attitude, and excel in team

communication.

· Flexibility: Be available to work on weekends and evenings to accommodate client needs.

Your Responsibilities:

· Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.

· Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and offer expert advice on suitable styles and treatments.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering loyalty.

· Attend training sessions, team meetings, workshops, and photo shoots to enhance your skills and stay current

with industry developments.
