Salon Manager wanted in Oxfordshire.

You will create a fun, professional and dynamic place to work.

We are looking for somebody who is happy, smiley, committed to the hair industry, creative and reliable. We offer a first class service to our clients and have developed an amazing loyal client following. We are a busy salon so the ability to remain calm under pressure and work using initiative is key. We are one team so you must be a team player, so leading by example is a must. No job is above or beneath us!

As a Salon manager your mission will be to uphold the standards and values, you will lead the team and help progress the business.

Your main duties will involve looking after the team of stylists and ensuring the salon retains a creative and inspiring ethos.

Other tasks include:

  • - Overseeing the team and organising Rotas
  • -Evaluating individual performances
  • -Overseeing the smooth running on a day to day basis.
  • -Managing bookings with Front of House/reception
  • -Up-selling and cross-selling services and products.

You will need to work alongside our Front of House to ensure the ultimate client experience is maintained.

As our Salon manager you will need to show:

  • 5 years of experience within the industry - you must be able to carry out most salon services
  • Previous experience in a supportive role is preferred but not essential
  • A true passion for people and the industry.
  • Strong leadership and positive personality
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Self driven personality is a must as well as being organised too.

Bonus scheme as well as high commission earnings.
