Job OverviewThis post provides the opportunity for a highly motivated registered nurse to join the friendly haemodialysis unit team in caring for individuals with both acute and chronic kidney disease.The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.Main duties of the jobPlease note for Welsh students, you must apply via Streamlining where all available jobs can be located.The post holder is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidenced-based nursing care for patients receiving haemodialysis, haemofiltration or plasma exchange. The post holder is expected to work collaboratively and cooperatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.
