The Exciting Opportunity
The position of Guest Services Assistant - Breakfast . has become available at Holiday Inn Express - Leicester Reporting into the Guest Services - Manager (25 - 33 Hours Per Week)
You will be responsible for our guest experience successful applicant for this role will deliver excellent customer service, have a positive ’can do’ attitude, be willing to learn and show that they care.
We operate a 24 hour operation, to meet the demands and expectations of our guests, and we are primarly looking for a days members of the team, but due to buiness needs some night shifts maybe required.

Holiday Inn Express® Leicester City hotel is five minutes’ drive from the city centre. There are direct trains to London from Leicester station, less than two miles away. The M1 and M69 motorways are both within 15 minutes’ drive, and East Midlands Airport (EMA) is half an hour away by car.
You can host a meeting in the hotel’s three modern conference rooms, which have space for up to 40 people. The hotel is less than a mile from both the University of Leicester and De Montfort University, and walking distance from many important city-centre businesses.

What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for someone who can communicate well with others, can carry out instructions, is able to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests. Experience of/with (insert desirable experience) is preferable but full training is provided.
