Title: Growth Manager Department: Sales & Marketing Line manager: Head of Sales & Marketing Location: Head Office - Clapton Tram Depot Full time: 40 hours/week We are BLOK, one of the UKs leading boutique fitness operators. We opened our first site in Clapton in 2016, expanded it in 2017, opened our Shoreditch site in 2018, BLOK Manchester in 2019 and BLOKtv, our online digital offering, in 2020. We are looking for a Growth Manager to drive digital growth of BLOKtv across all marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be an all-round growth marketing expert with a track record of driving insight, innovation and execution in a start-up/scale up environment. You will: Work with the Head of Sales and Marketing and Product Manager to define the company growth strategy towards revenue targets; owning new subscription volume, acquisition and lifecycle targets Identify trends and highlighting short-term and long-range issues to optimise performance based on the insights Coordinate and execute the growth plan, working with the Product Manager to ensure that no prospects fall through the cracks Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, identifying critical conversion and drop off points to optimise user funnels Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests, ensuring successful experiments are brought elegantly into BAU and continually refined Manage BLOKtv’s acquisition efficiency, retention and attribution modelling Create the Martech infrastructure to drive to and optimise conversion and user experience, utilising A/B testing, messaging and marketing automation platforms Enable and maintain tracking and measurement across tools ie. GA, FB Measure and report performance of growth channels including in-depth analysis of LTV, CPA, ROI and KPIs Work with our PPC and paid social agency to come up with innovative growth hacks Manage BLOKtv’s affiliate and referral program Develop BLOKtv customer experience programs Plan and execute all web, SEO & database marketing for BLOKtv Collaborate with internal teams to create campaign landing pages Tasks will include: Working with the Product Manager to identify and address gaps in the sales funnel across the site Working with the Brand Manager on the SEO strategy for BLOKeditions Running an experiment roadmap Providing monthly suggestions to optimise every email in the the digital and physical funnel, running AB tests Working with the Marketing Assistant to get emails created Developing and optimising referral programs Developing and optimising affiliate programs Creating landing pages for influencer campaigns, PPC, paid social and marketing campaigns Role Requirements: At least 5 years experience with some experience in a high-growth start-up Hands-on experience working with a system architecture that’s in its infancy, where hacking solutions are required Proven track record of driving digital growth and exceeding revenue goals Excellent communicator with the ability to clearly make sense of complex ideas Great collaboration skills and the ability to work cross functionally Excellent business judgment and strategic thinking Highly analytical, and able to experiment and scale initiatives rapidly Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and pitfalls Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills with a keen eye for detail Thorough understanding of Google Analytics and its full capabilities Deep experience of Google and Facebook Ads as well as other digital marketing platforms Experience with quantitative analysis across a variety of marketing channels (e.g PPC, SEO, CRM, Social), preferably for an internet company Experience with WordPress, SQL and other programming languages a plus To apply, please email your CV and letter to hrbloklondon.com.
