who are we looking for?

We are looking for an analytical, growth obsessed, experimenter and optimiser. You will be driven, curious, creative and confident with a relentless dedication to achieving best results. This role will suit someone who is passionate about helping smol scale rapidly to become the UK’s most purposeful brand. You will bring your strong experience and skills to drive and scale our growth through digital and non digital.

  • Manage our performance team delivering strategies to drive and scale further growth:
  • within FB/Insta
  • paid search, display, Youtube,
  • SEO,
  • email
  • Affiliates and partnerships
  • B to B
  • Amazon etc
  • New channels such as TikTok, Pinterest
  • Operational responsibility for planning, implementing and monitoring and reporting back on all performance channels
  • Optimise and growing campaigns, carefully balancing various KPIs such as CPA,

volumes, ROI and more
  • Fully develop and execute all email marketing campaigns, working with a copywriter and designer to deliver best-in-class content that drives significant performance from our existing and lapsed customer base to increase acquisition and LTV
  • Create new campaigns and performance marketing experiments - you’ll have freedom to execute your own ideas
  • Direct all design requirements for performance marketing, with an understanding

that you will own the testing framework that will require new creative on a very

regular basis
  • Run multiple experiments based on clear hypothesis, including A/B and multivariate tests across all channels to continuously improve and optimise for success
  • Develop and implement testing strategies to improve conversion rates, including landing page optimisation
  • Work with our senior analyst to constantly analyse the data and continuously identify areas for improvement
  • Create regular reports and communicate back to the broader team and founders
  • Communicate plans and initiatives with the wider team, closely collaborating with the marketing and tech teams
  • Investigate and report on holistic and channel-level competitor activity
  • Continuously ideate new strategies for customer acquisition via various performance channels as you learn more and more


  • Your Experience
    • Between 6-10 years performance marketing in high-growth industry / start-up.
    • A proven track record in running successful multichannel online acquisition campaigns, including owning budgets in the millions
    • Strong experience running global FB/Insta performance marketing campaigns

    including search, email, display including remarketing, as well as attribution and

    analytics
    • Understand the technical and analytical elements of all relevant digital platforms in

    hyper-detail
    • Experience running international campaigns including localisation
    • Obsessed with optimisation - you’re passionate in campaign performance data and know exactly what levers to pull when optimising a campaign against specific KPIs
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data, derive insights and make recommendations.
    • Hands-on approach with an agile mentality
    • You like autonomy and have the ability to get stuff done without close supervision - you take ownership of the vision and can figure out how to execute against it
    • Comfortable engaging with developers and taking responsibility for defining what you need to get the job done
    • Curious about new trends, advertising products and growth opportunities
    • Very personable and great at building constructive relationships with colleagues.
    • Proactive with a can-do attitude and full of great ideas
    • Significant experience with analytics and visualisation tools such as Google

    Analytics, and ideally Looker.
    • Aptitude to automate, knowledge of SQL is a plus
