The Marketing Manager will support the Head of Marketing in building a marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s values and ambitions.

Key Objectives: Create and deliver the Group Marketing strategy and plan; Support profitable growth by generating MQLs through campaigns; Leverage all traditional and emerging marketing tools; Plan and implement new product launches; Develop and share key messaging around existing products; Manage and develop direct reports, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across all channels; Increase brand awareness and promote the values of the business internally and externally.

Skills and Experience 5 years of marketing experience with 2 years of people-management. Proven track record of delivering a marketing strategy to drive growth. Must be an agile personality who is comfortable with adaptability and fast-paced marketing. A creative and analytical mindset – someone with the ability to generate new ideas that deliver commercial results.
