Job Description

As a Group Leader, you will take ownership for your team and the operations on your department in the Logistics Centre. Leading your team, you will play a key part in ensuring the Logistics Centre delivers an efficient, quality service to our stores. You will also:
  • Follow up and analyze your department results/goals in all relevant areas such as quality, efficiency and profitability
  • Increase profitability through developing the day to day best practice routines
  • Effective planning and organizing of your team/department according to the needs of the business
  • Ensure a highly reliable, sustainable and efficient operation, with quality customer service and excellent garment care forefront of mind
  • Inspire, motivate and promote effective teamwork
  • Recruit, train and develop high performing teams
Qualifications
  • Be a BRAND ambassador and lead by example, representing H&M at all times
  • Inspiring teams through your leadership
  • Having the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Good strategic, organizational and planning skills.
  • Work well under pressure & high demand
  • Be proactive and use your initiative
  • Manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Working hours between 5.45am - 16.00 (May vary)
