I am currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a leading business in Denbighshire, North Wales. They are looking for a highly diligent individual capable of working to strict deadlines in a fast-paced pressured environment. A critical thinking and inquisitive mindset to proactively problem solve, is key to succeed in this role. The business offer hybrid work too with 3 days in office and 2 from home.

Main Duties
  • Chase outstanding debt & ensuring prompt payment of invoices
  • Assist with applications for payments
  • Maintain retention & applications log & ensure prompt payment
  • Allocating of cash received on a daily basis
  • Set up new customer accounts and assess the credit worthiness of the application
  • Raise sales invoices in a timely manner
  • Co-ordinate and assist with invoice queries
  • Attend customer meetings if required
  • Assist the wider Finance Team with any ad-hoc queries
Experience And Qualifications
  • Sage line 50 Accounts experience desirable
  • Previous Accounts Receivable experience
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good punctuality and attendance
  • Must be adaptable, conscientious and enthusiastic
  • Professional and friendly attitude to customers and staff
  • Computer literate with excellent excel knowledge
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise
