Due to continued growth and investment, Glenholme Group is recruiting for a newly created position of Group Commissioning & Operational Support Manager.

Job Title: Group Commissioning & Operational Support

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 / per year + Benefits (Listed below)

Location: Lincolnshire, travel required to other locations in the UK, NG34 8YU

Position Type: Full Time, Permanent

Job Description

This is a senior management role, reporting to the Group CEO and MD, which will focus on group commissioning and operational support as required. In addition, it is expected that you will participate in Group Clinical Governance and Health & Safety Committee meetings.

Commissioning Responsibilities
  • The position will be responsible for assisting the Home Managers and Regional Managers with the commissioning of new services. This will include:
  • Working with the home managers and ops team to develop and implement a detailed commissioning program for new services. The initial focus is Spalding and later in the year Horncastle.
  • Working with the Director of Care and Head of Care & Quality Delivery to ensure that the appropriate policies and procedures are bespoke to each new service.
  • Operational Support Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the development of a recruitment and retention strategy.
  • Providing support to services on an ad-hoc basis may include:
  • Assisting the Operations Managers and Quality team with auditing
  • Liaising with stakeholders
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Qualified Nurse
  • Understanding and experience in strategic planning
  • You will have experience of working within a commissioning role, with demonstrable experience of how you are able to engage and influence key stakeholders.
