We are searching for a Group Account Director to join a leading digital agency in Bristol

Salary:£60,000 - £80,000 per year

Location: Hybrid, Minimum 1 day per week in Bristol Office

Required Skills & Experience

You will bring a wealth of digital expertise, including lots of experience with big budget, web builds.

Develop and build long term strategic relationships with your clients, you will be their go to for guidance on all things digital.

Client focused, you will spend time truly understanding the clients world. You will have an in depth understanding of their needs, challenges and where the opportunities lie and will work closely will work closely with strategy to develop a roadmap.

Confident, enthusiastic and engaging, you will be able to easily hold a room and will bring exciting ideas to the table both internally and externally.

A natural leader, you will motivate and inspire the team to achieve the highest possible results. Also providing support to junior members of team where required.

Commercially astute you will be all over your numbers and will strive to hit and exceed revenue and margin targets.

You will already be operating at a senior client services level, this could be as a Senior Account Director, Group Account Director, Business Director, Client Partner or equivalent.
