Do you hold a Full clean driving Licence and want a new role and trade to progress in if yes Read on, we have a fantastic permanent opportunity in Orpington

We are looking for 4 x Ground Maintenance operative / Driver to work in different post code areas, for a fantastic company who can offer you training if required.

If you have previous experience working as a Ground Maintenance Operative, this would be a big advantage but no necessary

This is a Perm opportunity, you will be working in a 2 man team covering the different local areas, working within social housing.

DAY TO DAY DUTIES

• General Ground Maintenance work
• Leaf Blowing, Mowing and Strimming
• Planting, Pruning and weeding
• Litter Picking,
• Driving company Vehicle - Long wheel Base Van due to insurance you must be 21 years of age +
• No more than 3 points on your licence
• Working as a team, ensuring the work is carried out effectively and within the set time frames.
• Being courteous and polite to residents.
• Reporting damage of tools or van to management
  

Details

• Monday Friday 7.30 - 16.30 summer 1r break - winter 7.30 - 3.30 pm 1 hr break
• £9.50 - £10.50ph + Holiday + Weekly pay
• Overtime on weeekends
• Starts ASAP
• Must be 21 years of age + No more than 3 points on your licence - Due to insurance
