CSA recruitment have a rare and exciting opportunity to work for a well established client working on various projects in Llanelli, Carmarthen and Swansea.

Exciting new role within our Fabric Team

Established and based in Swansea since 2007, our client has achieved growth year on year and enjoys excellent client relationships within a diverse range of sectors, including manufacturing, industry, retail, commercial, healthcare/medical and property management. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of ground working from concreating, fencing, block paving, brickwork, and general grounds work.

Main Roles & Responsibilities
  • Working on various sites throughout South Wales completing a variety of works including block paving repairs, aco drainage repairs and replacement.
  • Update our in-house system to accept jobs, close them down and report any further issues.
  • Able to form part of an on-call rota
Essential

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in Ground working.
  • A practical thinker and problem solver.
  • Good team player
  • Good attention to detail
General
  • Must be flexible and prepared to work varied hours to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work unsupervised, under pressure and to deadlines
  • Must have excellent communications skills
