3D Group is looking for a creative individual that’s hungry to impress. You will be given the opportunity to express your designs across multiple brands and marketing channels.

3D Group is a Nottingham based, family-owned, local success story that has undergone significant growth over the past 30 years and now holds its place as the UK’s leading wholesaler of automotive security products. With a portfolio of five key brands, it is now seeking a graphic designer to work in-house alongside our marketing executive and web development team.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for working with the marketing executive to create digital and print designs for all of our brands that include: 3D Group, 3D Autokeys, Joblot Trophies, 3D Shoe Repairs and OSCA Technology Ltd. You will report directly to one of the company directors who is also a web developer as well as working closely with our purchasing department and the relevant managers of each brand to help raise awareness and promote leading products and services.

You’ll need to be a whizz in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign in particular. You will have the responsibility of the company’s creative output, so being able to stay consistent and disciplined in what you produce and how you manage your workload is essential.

Daily / Frequent Tasks:

• Digital marketing - social media, email marketing, digital ads
• Print marketing - flyers, monthly magazine ads
• Working closely with the marketing team to create campaigns from concept through to launch
• Internal Documents
• Website Design

Additional Tasks:

• Tradeshow Stand design, marketing - Up to 3 a year

Skills Required:

• Website Design experience
• Illustration
• Thorough knowledge of both print and digital mediums
• Ability to take an idea from concept through to final outcome
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop & XD (or Figma).
• Highly creative with an artistic approach to design, knowing how to push the boundaries to ensure designs are unique and exciting.
• A good understanding of graphic design principles.
• Ability to work on several projects at once, often under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Ability to prioritise workloads.
• Have a sound understanding of project brief interpretation, combined with the ability to embrace the company brand and help push it to the next level.
• Ability to express thoughts and ideas clearly.
• Confidence and capability in presenting visual projects to the management team.

3D Group is currently in the process of expanding and is moving to new offices. In December you will be required to work from our new location at Sherwood Business Park, Annesley, Nottingham NG15 0EB

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Nottingham NG3 2ET: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
