Marketing Assistant/Graphic Designer

Do you want to be working with passion in a fast-paced creative environment within the pet industry for one of the UK’s largest aquatics brands? Can you apply your graphic design skills and knowledge to create appealing visual content to our global audience?

We are NT Labs, the UK’s fastest growing, award-winning Aquatics brand. As part of our global growth plan, we are expanding our marketing team. We’re looking for a marketing assistant who is seeking to develop their career to join our expanding marketing team based in Marden, Kent.

As Marketing Assistant, you will be assisting the marketing department. Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Designing packaging for new products following guidelines set by the Marketing Manager.
  • Editing artwork to include updated copy, imagery and statutory information.
  • Assisting with creating and gathering content for the company website and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube).
  • Assisting with creating artwork for point of sale materials.
  • Sourcing competitive quotations for point of sale materials, packaging and merchandise.
  • Maintaining relationships with social media influencers.
  • Updating information on the companies website using a bespoke content management system.
  • Producing offer sheets, and visual aids for sales representatives.

Essential skills/experience:

  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).
  • Well qualified in a Marketing/Graphic design related subject. A degree in marketing is desirable, but not essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office programs.
  • Good knowledge of social media marketing.
  • High level of organization, and excellent time management skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Hours of work

  • 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour a day breaks Monday to Friday.
