This opportunity is in the solution design and development arena forGraphic Designerwho will play a major role with the technical design and development of the company’s technical offerings. The role is based at our Leicester office with occasional assignments at client locations.

Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities):

• Create highly engaging animations for a variety of media including social media, web, special events, and conferences
• Contribute to all aspects of the project, from initial briefing, through creative process to the final solution
• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients for a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communication, newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Be quick in providing multiple fresh Video layout/design/ Story Boarding iterations that complement existing art, and design styles.
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
• Help create, build and enhance the Xoriant brand as we grow
• To be a creative thinker and storyteller who can solve complex design challenges and develop cutting-edge, compelling, original designs that enhance our client’s brand across all mediums like print, digital, social media and emerging new media platforms.
• Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
• Responsible for creative output and operational efficiency
• Determines style, technique, and medium best suited to organization promotion strategies
• Awareness of current fashions in the visual arts, working knowledge of the latest computer packages and an understanding of material costs and time limits, all of which can impact on the design.
• Continually identify opportunities to create additional value, proactive with ideas and creative solutions
• Work both independently and collaboratively to design motion graphics that transform complicated concepts into clear visuals.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]

• Min 2+ yrs of experience as a graphic designer or in related field.
• Knowledge (CSS, XHTML, JavaScript, Wordpress, etc.) is a BIG plus
• Good awareness of regulatory or risk-based change initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and SMEs to deliver results within demanding timelines.
• Strong communication skills, being able to understand technical detail and tailor summary to the audience in a simple and clear manner - both verbally and written.
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.
• Confidence to engage with audiences remotely (i.e., via Webex, Microsoft Teams) as well as engaging face-to-face with smaller groups and senior stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (designing/creating digital templates, presentations etc.)
• Knowledge of graphical requirements of social media channels is preferable
• Out of the box creative thinker
• Understanding patch management with the ability to deploy patches in a timely manner while understanding business impact.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above in the UK or Equivalent.

Salary: GBP 29000 to 40000 per annum
