We are a small family run Web Build and Marketing agency based on the outskirts of Gloucester and are currently looking to expand our team! We are looking for a part-tine Web/Graphic Designer located at our offices in Brockworth.

Duties to include;

  • Coming up with creative concepts that are in line with a client’s demands
  • Producing website designs using Adobe XD
  • Developing rough drafts of concepts and presenting these to clients
  • Collaborating with other creatives in a design team to ensure a common vision and consistent branding
  • Keeping a client up-to-date with regard to project progress and applying client recommendations
  • Ensuring that a design project remains within scope, time and budget
  • Keeping up-to-date with design and multimedia trends and the latest developments in software tools
  • Liaising with external parties, such as printers to ensure that a project runs smoothly and a client’s expectations are met
  • Presenting final design concepts, including specifications for fonts, images, colours, text and layout, to clients for their approval

About you;

  • Proficiency in using the Adobe suite, with a particular focus on InDesign, Illustrator and XD
  • Experience of creating both website designs and printed marketing materials
  • A proactive individual who is passionate about creating meaningful solutions that meet our operational needs.
  • A strong problem solver, capable of approaching situations diplomatically to find the best outcome.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and process driven.
  • An approachable resource for the team to utilise; someone who provides support with enthusiasm and energy towards achieving a common goal.
  • Organised and admin focused with the ability to adapt quickly and positively to high pressured and ever evolving situations.
  • Strong time-management skills.

The Role:

  • Based from our offices in Brockworth, Gloucester
  • A fun, sociable working environment
  • Hours: Flexible between Mon - Thurs 8am - 6pm
