We have a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join our Marketing Team to develop and keep up to date with the graphic design and marketing trends.
As Graphic Designer, you will work within the marketing team to promote Steps To Work and Starting Point Recruitment - and the services they offer - through the creation of dynamic, high-quality visual content and collateral. The successful candidate will work within the marketing team to promote Steps To Work and Starting Point Recruitment - and the services they offer - through a range of digital channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, digital advertising and our corporate websites. Alongside this, being able to also demonstrate an alignment with our company values.

So what will you be doing?
- Utilise brand guidelines to update existing and create new pieces of marketing collateral, including flyers, leaflets, brochures, reports, print and digital display ads, website visuals, social media assets, etc.
- Collaborate closely with the rest of the marketing team to create strong brand messages and campaigns.
- Liaise with Project Managers from across the organisation to create marketing collateral that supports business needs.
- To ensure that marketing collateral meets the requirements of external funding partners and their external publicity.
- To convey a strong and consistent image and identity across our brands and projects.
- Liaise with external suppliers to design and develop products using brand assets.
- Deliver assets to various teams and departments around the business and externally.
What you’ll need to do the role:
- Qualification Degree Level within a Marketing/Media Related Discipline.
- Knowledge and experience of using Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Knowledge and experience of using brand guidelines.
- Experience of attending networking events.
- Experience of using a CMS system.
- 1 years’ experience/Knowledge in a Graphic Designer role.
- Ability to complete paperwork in line with contractual requirements where appropriate.
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to multiple deadlines.
