Job Description

Reporting directly to the Creative Director you will be expected to accurately create artwork from concept or client’s supplied files / instruction, follow client’s brand guidelines or design requirements, and ensure that all images and files are complete and ready for production according to the specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

· Meticulous attention for detail and a clean, creative design style.

· Ensure that all work is completed to client guidelines.

· Ensure artwork interpretation is achievable within production contraints.

· Prepare accurate artwork from approved design and brief.

· Ensure client guidelines are followed.

· Develop and update master artworks and guideline documentation.

· Responsibility for ensuring account / project managers are kept informed of the progress of the jobs they are working on, and any impact there is to the production plan.

· Providing colour proofs / samples for client sign off.

· To ensure that all images produced and proofed are correct and reviewed in accordance to the Artworks procedures.

· The ability to work on multiple projects, big and small, simultaneously and good time management.

Other Responsibilities:

· Pass new enquiries generated to the correct area of the business.

· Assist projects through the business to ensure “on time in full” delivery. To liaise internally with projects, production and installation teams to ensure the job runs within agreed budgets.

· To establish and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and clients of Artworks Solutions.

· To understand and comply with all relevant company policies and procedures.

· To promote and maintain a positive image of Artworks Solutions at all times.

Required

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the graphic design industry, an interest in interiors is preferred

· Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.

· Ability to work as a team.
