We’re a Creative Marketing Agency looking for a Senior Designer to join our team based in beautiful Saltaire.
As an established Agency of 15 years, we’re known for our creativity, commercial awareness and ability to deliver results. Much of our work is for national and international clients primarily in the Business, Commercial and Manufacturing sectors. We’re based in Salts Mill, Saltaire. 1 min from the train station and with ample free parking.
The scope and variety of projects we undertake is huge and you will be working on branding, digital campaigns, creative presentations, direct mail, brand brochures, product and packaging visualisations. Five years of experience is required, you will be working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment often with short deadlines. No time to be bored!

What we are looking for:You’ll have an active interest in the latest design and communication trends, seek out the new and extraordinary, and bring it to your own work. You have experience creating design work for brands that want to stand out, not blend in.

  • Experience developing campaigns from concept to execution
  • Strong branding and design experience with real talent for creating distinctive brand assets, identities and logos which work across all channels
  • Current and fluent knowledge of key design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • Working knowledge of WordPress (Skilled in developing both back and front end with HTML/CSS experience would be desirable)
  • Experience creating for social platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • A full appreciation of email and landing page design.
  • Confident and articulate in delivering concepts to the wider team and direct to clients.
  • Skills in 3D animation, motion and After Effects would be a plus, but a genuine interest in upskilling is essential.
  • Knowledge of artwork/repro/print/production/finishing processes.

Essentials:We will be looking for evidence of a strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work. We will need to see evidence of strong conceptual skills, and typography and that you are an innovative problem solver who can take ownership of projects and progress them efficiently.
