This role would ideally suit someone looking to take their first steps into an engineering career. Our client offers a full training program and a supportive environment with experienced engineers

Key Responsibilities

· Providing Technical Support for Customers

· Training customers on use of hardware and software systems

· Handling queries by telephone

· Installation and commissioning of software systems

· Channel customer/technical feedback to manager

Job Requirements

· A relevant electrical qualification

· Good communication skills

· Ability to train and learn within a new role

· Able to commute to Chandler’s ford
