What will you do?

Joining a structured and well-developed 12-month graduate scheme, you will receive a blend of technical and people skills development that will help you develop into a well-rounded team member. Initially you will be immersed into an intensive but rewarding 2-3 week induction and will be part of a wider graduate community, spanning over 5 years, with frequent socials including charity days, diversity and inclusion events and cohort socials .

This year, we have opportunities to join the graduate scheme in the following business areas:

SecurityOperations

L earn to solve complex problems protecting the company’s intellectual property, systems and workstations from cybersecurity incidents. Our responsibilities include monitoring, detecting, analyzing , and responding to incidents reported to the Security Operations Center (SOC) through tickets, alerts, phone calls and emails.

Software Engineer

You will have the opportunity to become a valued contributor to the design of new features and solutions , learn to solve complex problems with the latest web technologies and methodologies and embed yourself within c ross-functional agile product development teams focused on delivering exciting new features to market.

Business Analyst

As a Business Analys t, you will be working within a technical development team and play a vital role in translating business requirements into well-crafted user stories and acceptance criteria, for the development and testing team to work from. You’ll be the link between our technology teams and our internal customers, ensuring the solutions we design and build meet the business needs.

DevOps

Working closely with our Data Engineers, Developers and Delivery teams, you will be a part of our SRE function (site reliability engineering) building infrastructures code, software services (PaaS and SaaS) including security policies, in order to migrate all of LNRS applications running in our on-premise location to Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services. Our teams are collaborative and forward thinking and you will need to be able to demonstrate a real passion for DevOps and what has attracted you to this role.

Data Analyst

You will have the opportunity to become a valued contributor, learn to solve complex data problems and embed yourself within a squad. We want you to be curious with our data in order to provide meaningful analysis to the business. You’ll work with the latest database technologies and data visualisation tools and engage with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements/issues in order to generate innovative ideas.

End User Systems Engineer

Working in one of our Central Technologies teams, You’ll primarily be focused on the implementation of deployment tooling, software release processes and adherence to patt erns. Other responsibilities will include providing technical assistance to computer systems users and resolving computer issues with internal clients.
