We have gone on to expand our sports betting product suite with the addition of Event Centres and Official Virtual Sports. At IMG Arena the job is yours. We want you to be yourself. We are focused on building an inclusive and empowering environment that’s welcoming for everyone, where you are trusted and empowered to do what you’re good at. It’s your arena and your opportunity to shape it and your career. You’ll have the opportunity to pick up the latest technology, develop your own ideas and run with them. IMG Arena’s Next in Tech: A Development Programme supporting Women in Tech
ABOUT THE PROGRAMME:
At IMG ARENA, we recognise the significant lack of gender diversity within the tech industry and our responsibility to help change this. Therefore, IMG Arena is proud to create our own development programme, Next in Tech, aimed at supporting women in tech and bridging the gap towards a gender balanced workforce.
This year’s Next in Tech is dedicated towards our Graduate Software Engineer roles and has been designed to allow access for women to pursue opportunities in the technology industry directly addressing the historical low levels of female representation. In this programme, participants will gather key skills in two parts:
The core professional skills needed for the Graduate Software Engineer role including designing, building, maintaining and testing software products.
The soft skills to set you up for success in your career including collaboration, facilitation, negotiation, networking and beyond.
To directly address the described need of diversification of the tech industry, including IMG ARENA, eligibility to apply for this programme is only open to female identifying candidates.
IMG ARENA is aware that participation in its UK business by talent who share certain characteristics protected by law is disproportionately low and could be improved. The Next in Tech programme is designed as a proportionate means of enabling such talent to join our organisation.
