The Role

The role of a recruitment consultant can be demanding and highly competitive, for this reason new recruits within our organisation begin their journey with a dedicated 12month Learning & Development plan and mentor within a specialised sector.

You will receive supported & guided learning across all areas of the job role:

• Engaging with clients to gain an understanding of their company and role requirements.
• Advertising new roles and implementing new candidate attraction strategies.
• Connecting with candidates and interviewing to understand their needs.
• Providing professional advice on the job market and managing expectations.
• Bringing on new business and establishing professional relationships in the industry.
• Resourcing & interviewing candidates for placement into permanent positions
• Producing professional CV profiles to be used in client marketing
• Increasing the number of candidates new & placed
• Achievement of weekly targets and KPI’s, set in conjunction with your manager

Who we are looking for

Degree educated, or strong A level/GCSE grades or a minimum of 6 months commercial/sales experience. Transferrable skills from other sectors include:

• Marketing
