Ideal Candidate:

  • Degree - preferable but not essential
  • Work Ethic - recruitment can involve long hours but the rewards are phenomenal.

  • Time Management/Organisation
  • Personable/Approachable - building rapport with candidates/clients is crucial in recruitment.
