Our Resourcing function is continuing to expand due to significant business growth so we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who are interested in starting a career in Recruitment to join our team! If you have strong communication skills, can operate in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering an excellent experience then this could be the role for you!

The role will be split between our office in Castle Donnington and working from home so we’re looking for individuals based in the East Midlands who are interested in joining us on either a flexible casual or full-time basis for the remainder of 2021. We also have longer-term contracts for those looking for ongoing employment or looking to start a career within internal recruitment.

The role will be to support our experienced Recruiters with shortlisting applications, proactively sourcing candidates, building talent pools, arranging interviews, running open days / recruitment events and supporting candidates through the end-to-end process.

What we’re looking for:

You will be provided with all the training and support you need to be successful in the role - you’ll need to be enthusiastic in providing an excellent candidate experience, confident with strong communication skills, have an eye for detail, able to adapt in a fast-paced changing environment and be able to work independently when required.

In return you will receive a salary of up to £22,000 per annum (pro-rata) depending on experience and 25 days annual leave (pro-rata) plus bank holidays. Additional benefits include pension scheme, life assurance and perks at work scheme.

Our core working hours for full-time positions are between 8.30am - 5.00pm but we also have evenings / weekends available for those looking for more flexible work.
