Our client is looking for a Graduate/Trainee Estimator/QS to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating the time and cost of small, medium, and large-scale projects for various clients. The role involves working closely with designers, clients, and suppliers to ensure accurate project costing and timely completion.

This role is ideal for a graduate/trainee estimator who is looking for training and clear progression pathways within the construction industry. Our client provides opportunities like no other, and they are looking for someone who is willing to learn and grow with them.

Responsibilities
  • Estimating time and cost of varied sized projects
  • Gathering costs from different suppliers to build up project cost estimates
  • Tendering from Design/Architect Drawings
  • Liaising with designers, clients, and suppliers
  • Updating costs for materials monthly within pricing documents
  • Thoroughly reading and understanding drawings
  • Demonstrating pro-level Excel knowledge
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Full training and progression provided
