The Opportunity:

  • Day to day operational support
  • Recruiting and training referees/umpires/instructors
  • Liaising with venues to resolve/improve operational processes
  • End to end project management of events
  • Analysing and actioning customer feedback
  • Member retention and issue resolution

You Will:

  • Have an outgoing, "can do" attitude, happy rolling your sleeves up!
  • Love picking up the phone and making things happen
  • Be comfortable working in a high pressured environment
  • Be very organised, with awesome people skills
  • Hustle every day to ensure our members have a great experience
  • Have an interest in team sports and enjoy the journey more than the destination
