JOB DESCRIPTION:
At BBG we believe we are a brand within a brand. This comes from the way we translate our culture to the outside world and by the community events that we put together. As stated culture is a huge part of our success. That is why this role is so crucial to the development of that culture. This role will drive all in-studio operations and further Group administration.
BBG has a start-up mentality but is quickly growing into a business with a lot more organizational structure. This role requires someone who is used to working in a startup environment where everyone mucks in yet has the aspirations to come along on the long-term journey. This role sits closely with our leadership team where a lead by example management style is vital. The ideal candidate will view the role they play in leading the team and protecting/nurturing its culture as important as achieving their operational deliverables.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Planning, design, and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions across social media, email, direct marketing, and in-studio marketing.
  • Ownership of the marketing budget for studios
    Regular reporting on the effectiveness of marketing spend and how it can be further optimized
  • Take lead on Badger Group recruitment Marketing across all relevant channels.
  • Plan, structure and execute monthly direct marketing (flying, events, etc) opportunities to optimize lead generation in the local areas.
PREREQUISITES:
  • You’ll have to demonstrate a clear understanding of delivering against customer acquisition and retention targets.
  • Passionate about health and wellbeing, with the energy, enthusiasm and creativity to get a new business unit off the ground.
  • You can work on several different projects across different areas/studios at once.
  • You are proactive in the presence of daily problems and difficult situations.
  • You are a team player. You understand sometimes you have to get in at the deep end with the rest of the team to resolve a situation.
  • You are able to foster strong relationships quickly with all stakeholders
