Evolve is recruiting for a fast growing, family-owned Medical Device organisation who are a leader within Respiratory care.

Our client is in search of a recent graduate with significant experience in a target-based sales environment to join their sales team as a Graduate Medical Sales Representative.

This is a full time, permanent position with a supportive company, where you will be promoting their leading products into key NHS and private hospitals across Northern England and Scotland.

Circa £25,000 to £30,000 DOE + bonus, car, pension and more!

Ideal Requirements for the Graduate Medical Sales Representative

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Recent graduate, ideally in a scientific subject.
• Strong sales experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Excellent demonstrable research into the medical sales industry.
• Shadowing experience of a Medical Sales Representative is highly advantageous.
• Keen desire to step into the medical sales industry.

Role Responsibilities for the Graduate Medical Sales Representative

• To grow sales across the territory – building and maintaining strong relationships to drive sales, product ideas and business development.
• Independent planning and execution of a regional business plan to grow sales of product portfolio.
• Foster long-term customer relationships with KOLs.
• HCP support & training including occasional direct support of their patients.
• Participate at regional and national congresses/ exhibitions to support colleagues & the product portfolio.
