Graduate Service Desk Analyst - Application Support - (£20,000 - £25,000) - Oxfordshire

My client’s team is growing due to business expansion and are looking to recruit a driven and eager Service Desk Analyst.

They are looking for candidates with knowledge and a passion for IT, ideally with some experience in IT Support and Application Support who are hardworking, driven and have the ’hunger’ to learn and develop. Reporting to the Operations and Technical Directors, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient 1st line IT Application support for the company and all members of staff as well as for the company’s new App! This role is ideal for an IT Graduate who is looking to start his/her first role!

They are looking for someone who has the following:
Excellent communication skills
The ability to schedule and manage tasks efficiently
A passion and interest in IT
A team player with the ability to work alone where necessary, and a keen learner.
Some software development knowledge and IT support experience

Key Skills (not essential):
Office 365
Windows Server
Active Directory
Bespoke Mobile Application Support

Previous IT experience is not essential, just a relevant degree or apprenticeship and a clear interest in IT!!
