Our Graduate Geotechnical Engineers contribute to exciting projects, such as designing foundations for offshore wind farms and finding new ways to improve clients’ operational efficiency. You will be outlining the next phase of offshore wind farms (floating and fixed) from concept through to design. Everything you do will impact our journey to a net zero future. Day-to-day, you will:

• Produce and design Geotechnical Interpretative reports and risk assessments
• Review ground investigation data and geophysical surveys to identify ground risks and solutions
• Complete geotechnical analysis and calculations and support the development of software to automate and optimise this

Who you are

Hardworking, enthusiastic, and passionate. We revolve around team working, so you’ll need to be comfortable working collaboratively and alone. Our Graduates should also embrace diversity, equality and inclusion in everything they do. You should be a recent graduate with a 2:2 in Geotechnical Engineering or Civil Engineering (with a focus on geotechnical). Other qualities we’d like to see in you are:
