Graduate European Sales AnalystRole:

Working closely with the European Leadership Team and reporting to the European Marketing and Business Development lead, you will be responsible for managing and growing the business in a sustained and profitable manner for the long-term. Other key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing a key insight into the company strategy in order to apply this knowledge practically to drive the company offering and its success
  • Be the primary source of contact between different departments within the business, setting up new accounts and managing existing accounts, and managing all related aspects to ensure the successful launch of opportunities
  • Coordinate and contribute to the optimisation of accounts from end-to-end, including supply chain, customer relationship management and marketing and business development including promotional recommendations
  • Reporting and helping to define the process and technology around reporting sharing with the business, as well as confidently analysing data- you will required to monitor and report weekly sales performance and analytics across multiple platforms
  • Define, develop and maintain metrics allowing a deeper understanding of the business, tracking its performance and conducting bespoke analysis to support the annual negotiation, or to raise disputes on anything outside of the company’s negotiated terms
  • Drive aggressive growth within allocated accounts, coordinating and providing recommendations to teams to optimise business, as well as planning the company promotions for main events
Graduate European Sales AnalystRequirements:
  • Educated with a Bachelor’s degree (a Master’s degree is highly desirable)
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail, with an analytical, process driven method of working
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of e-commerce strategies and networking technologies
  • A team player, who can also work autonomously
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
