  • So as a grounding this will be an incredible job – giving you exposure to all parts of the business

Essential Experience


  • This graduate role is very varied.
  • Whilst there is some design work, you will ideally have the communication and project management skills to look at business wide engineering projects
  • Full training provided but we are seeking a mechanical engineering graduate (or Masters engineer) who has excellent communication skills & problem solving skills

What we are looking for


  • Ideally local or have family local to DE11 9DH
  • Mechanical engineering background
  • Wanting a really diverse role in a growing medium sized business rather than working for Rolls Royce etc.
  • Keen to learn
  • Humble, conscientious, takes pride in your work
  • Asks good intelligent questions
  • If you want to just be at a CAD station just doing design, then this role isn’t for you – it’s very varied and will set you up for a fantastic long term career
