We specialise in shopfitting!. We have a team of specialist craftsmen, joiners, planners and designers to deliver you the most bespoke experience.

At The ShopFit Co we always aim provide our clients with the most bespoke products and service. We fitout anything from dessert parlours to convenience stores and we will help you from the start to the finish of your project.

Some of the services we offer are counter design and manufacture, custom booths, tiling, electrical, plumbing, suspended ceilings, refrigeration, shelving, shopfronts and signage.

Graduate Development Manager what?

We are recruiting to expand our company and get as much exposure across Scotland as we can to build the company into the biggest shopfitting firm in Scotland and fingers crossed the UK.

Whilst the company has only been trading for around 6 months now we think with the correct team in place and the support of the directors of the group we can roll out our serviced very quickly.

Your role would be to help grow the business and manage the overall operations and running of the business by being out on the field and office based, you will be required to do regular check in’s for projects to make sure we are on track with works.

Your Role Would Involve
  • Negotiating buying deals for projects
  • Managing a team of passionate joiners
  • Manager the overall running of the business
  • Making sure that projects are running on track
  • Organise jobs to make sure that everything is ready for when works begin

What do I need?
  • 5+ years experience in a business development/project manager role - desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills - essential
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality and ability to meet deadlines - essential
  • A passion to learn, to contribute and to reinforce the culture throughout your interactions - essential
  • Drivers licence - essential
