A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a GMP Facilities Operative to join our team. The main responsibility of the role is to provide daily cleaning and facilities support to the GSK-Maidenhead GMP Pilot Plant. Working to strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and in accordance with all local working procedures.

Role Responsibility

Accountabilities (summary):

  • Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness with assigned areas by ensuring that the relevant work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOP’s) are followed.
  • Respond positively, politely and promptly to all customer requirements on GMP cleaning and carry out your duties in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure regular checks of the equipment and machines used during the working day, reporting any faults according to procedure.
  • All other duties associated with a cleaning contract (i.e hovering, buffering, dusting etc.)
  • Comply with all Company & Client policies and regulations.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Methodical approach and great eye for detail
  • Previous experience in GMP environment desirable
  • Previous cleaning experience essential.
