Core Responsibilities

  • Co-lead developing and executing a multi-year roadmap alongside our Performance Marketing Director to evolve our future capabilities in audience segmentation and advertising optimization across programmatic and the future ‘cookieless’ web.
  • Coordinate with regional digital marketing teams to ensure a holistic audience approach for wider LEGO marketing efforts.
  • Monitor daily/weekly performance of digital campaigns across various marketing objectives, maximizing marketing efficiency, and overseeing our media partners’ priorities.
  • Connect shopper journeys across LEGO.com ecommerce levers including SEM, social media, and display marketing.
  • Turn complex data into clear and actionable insights.
  • Bring LEGO Retail marketing plans to life across display and programmatic advertising, with benchmark tracking and sharing after action campaign wrap-ups.
  • Translate external industry trends into priorities and project streams within LEGO.com planning.
  • Be hands-on with our programmatic campaigns to start, creating audience segmentation alongside our programmatic agency while helping us define internal resource needs.

LEGO Retail is a fast-paced, energetic team which is focused on building up the LEGO Brand’s own ecosystem, with a sharp focus on ecommerce and audience-first brand building experiences.

Our team is spread across the globe, and we are adept to the current working climate, with dedication to the digitisation of workflows and collaboration among all our colleagues.

Working within our branded ecosystem, this role will be strongly tied to digital performance metrics that support not only the online business, but the wider LEGO Group. Further, with LEGO.com’s unique position as a brand lighthouse, this role will be especially focused on building brand engagement, and ultimately finding innovative ways to deliver incremental visitors and shoppers into the LEGO world – with a keen eye on data and insights.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Extensive digital marketing experience, with significant experience trading programmatic campaigns required.
  • Highly structured and organized approach to performance data; proficient levels in excel and analytics & skilled in data modelling visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI a big plus).
  • Experience in display and programmatic advertising across markets, including non-English languages.
  • Functional knowledge across multiple marketing levers including SEM, native advertising, and programmatic buying.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced team, and excited by problem-solving, approaching obstacles pragmatically, and practicing strong collaboration skills.
  • Natural quantitative and analytical skills, able to find and communicate clear stories from complex data.

Preferred

  • Google Ads qualifications and certificates
  • Client-side agency management experience
  • Adobe Analytics experience for web traffic analysis and attribution.
  • Experience in Paid Search and PPC marketing is a plus.
