Job title: Global Marketing Administrator

Location: Telford or Cobham

Short description:

The Global Marketing Administrator will be responsible for providing support for the wider team and assist with the implementation of Channel & Marketing programmes as well as looking for new ways to improve marketing processes and procedures.

The Global Marketing Administrator will report to the Director Marketing Communications.

Tasks in more detail:

Support for our indirect channel and be the go to person for marketing and brand support
Assist with the management and posting of blog content
Translations: Put in place a process and manage the translation of global marketing content
Trademark and Domain Management
Budget administration and tracking
Assist with the development of marketing reports and presentations

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills
A very high level of organizational capability
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Organised and self-motivated
Strong administration skills
Fluent in English, good copywriting skills required

Ideally the successful candidate will live close to one of our UK offices but remote working is possible.
