Consilium recruit has been exclusively appointed by one of the world leading capital groups in their recruitment of a Global Estates Manager. Responsible for maintaining the high standards of a global property & yacht portfolio, you will lead, drive, and direct all aspects associated with the properties to delivery world class standards.



Commutable from: Birmingham, Cannock, Stafford, Derby, Nottingham, Coventry.

Suitable for: Estates Manager, Estates Director, Facilities Manager, Facilities Director, Operations Manager, Operations Director



The Role

Oversee all aspects of the properties, including day to day decision making, refurbs/enhancements and staffing.
Being able to create and organise events of any nature whether on or offshore.
Outside of the box thinking to create commercial opportunities and/or cost savings by challenging norms.
Strong management with ambitious expectations on all staff to ensure the properties operate at the highest possible level.
Develop, create, and retain high performing staff and building a high performing team.
Managing contractors efficiently, whilst minimising the expenses by your own intervention.
Security management
Being able to assist with organising parties, and supportive during events since this may be done by either the principal or outside caterers.



The Candidate

Excellent management skills where output is maximised, but respect and engagement are not lost.
Organised, driven, and disciplined to handle multiple actions at any one time to ensure everything moves forward with pace.
Determination to achieve the best business results.
Skilled communicator - verbal and written, able to communicate with people at all levels in a wide range of professional and social situations, tactful and diplomatic.
Bring a proactive approach to the role along with a strong sense of commercial awareness.
Willingness to travel Europe-wide and globally on a frequent basis.
Ability to balance ‘hands on’ with longer term vision and processes.
