GSK have a new role for a Global Employer Brand Lead on a full-time permanent basis.

As Global Employer Brand Lead, you’ll own, lead and execute the employer brand strategy, supporting our modern employer agenda through the delivery of creative multi-channel attraction campaigns.

Collaborating with colleagues across our global businesses, including talent acquisition and communications teams, you’ll work with external agencies and partners to deliver and measure effective attraction strategies and build engagement across experienced hire and early talent recruitment. With a passion for creativity and all things digital, you’ll develop social media content and our global careers sites, and explore new, innovative technologies to make maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
  • Drive our employer brand value proposition on a global level and define strategy to bring value proposition to life across all external channels including social and web
  • Partner closely with Global Comms to uncover employee stories and work with our preferred agencies to bring these stories to life
  • Own careers web real estate partnering with Comms on ongoing user experience and content refreshes
  • Manage annual Early Talent campaign refresh
  • Establish and track key metrics that define success for the brand; social and web data, social listening data and alternative resources
  • Continuously identify new opportunities to establish brand awareness and elevate brand and positioning
  • Act as a brand steward within the company and with various partners to reinforce value proposition and ensure alignment of marketing programmes
  • Bring modern, innovative, attractive approaches and strategies to build a best-in-class employer brand
  • Work collaboratively with recruitment marketing and communications to execute marketing collateral and packaging designs consistent with a communications framework and Brand house style
