Our client, leading international industrial company, Kohler Power System is looking for a Global communication specialist – Digital media, internal and corporate communication to join a new project and reinforce communication globally within the company. In this newly created position, along with regional teams, you build and drive the communication plans that fully support the brand positioning and you ensure the responsibility and authority for planning and implementing all related activities. Your main missions: Digital communication activities including the global website Elaborate and run SEO activities to keep the website high in ranking. Lead agile social media tactics and activities, through highly impacting contents. Engage and support internal contributors to create catchy social media posts. Propose and execute full digital tactics (SEM, e-events, campaigns, etc.) to raise awareness and improve interest for the brand. Set up programs to generate leads and qualify them before they move to Sales. Establish ambitious KPIs and track them. Create and implement a global internal communication plan. Along with HR, develop and coordinate employer branding communication. Support leadership communication and deal with external public relations to increase brand exposure through industry editors and journalists. Your profile: To thrive in this position, you hold a degree in Marketing/Communication and have a successful experience in digital communication of 3-5 years either client-side or agency-side within an industrial or B2B international environment. With outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, you are a self-starter and will be comfortable working independently, be flexible in your approach, able to balance priorities and proactively communicate with stakeholders. You have a solid understanding of project management principles. You are ideally English native speaker and any other language will be a plus. Curious, creative, truly team player and customer focused, you are used to work with cross border and matrix/remote organizations and you know how to handle sensitive situations.
