Glazing Fitter - Travel expected

They are growing and need an additional (permanent) skilled Window Fitter / Glazier to work on sites across the UK

The successful applicant will be a skilled window fitter / glazier with experience of measuring, cutting to shape and size, and fitting glass on site, sometimes working alone, sometimes as part of a team.

Duties will include:

• Travelling to site and the company office
• Liaising with the client
• Assessing and measuring the job
• Cutting glass to shape and size
• Installing glass to the customer’s satisfaction
• Reporting to head office

The successful applicant will have:

• Good customers service skills
• The ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Experience of measuring, cutting and installing glass
• The ability to work alone
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Be smartly presented, punctual and courteous
• A full drivers licence with no more than 3 points

The company will provide CSCS Card, PASMA / IPAF training, first aid training, asbestos awareness training where needed. They are looking for a reliable, long term employee and offer an attractive remuneration package plus overtime leading to a highly competitive OTE.

Overtime is paid at time and a half or double time depending on circumstances. A company vehicle, mobile phone and pension are also provided as part of the package.

Salary: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
