General Operative
AQUMEN Recruitment has long term opportunities for General Operatives at a busy manufacturing site in Castleford.
As a General Operative you will be responsible for the manufacturing of a market leading, quality product whilst ensuring that the highest standards of Health & Safety are adhered to at all times.

The Duties Of a General Operative Include

Operating Machinery Bench work using hand tools Quality checking for damages Repairing damaged products Lifting and repetitive work FLT Counterbalance Licence (Desirable) Hours of work for the General Operative are on a rotating shift patter as follows
Monday - Friday 06:00 - 14:15 Monday - Friday 14:00 - 22:15 Sunday - Thursday 22:00 - 06:15 Pay rate for the General Operative position is £9.00 to start rising to £10.29
We would like to invite applications from Warehouse Operatives, General Operatives, Production Operatives, Construction Workers and Labourers.
The site is a short walk from Castleford Train and Bus station and is easily accessible from Castleford, Pontefract, Normanton, Garforth, Rothwell, Knottingley, Featherstone and the surrounding areas.
