Recruit Works Ltd have exciting opportunities for motivated individuals ideally with experience working in the concrete sector to take on positions for our client based just outside of Ilkeston, DE7. They are leading manufacturers of precast concrete products.

You must have a strong construction background and it is preferred that you have worked within the concrete sector before although this is not essential, you must be comfortable working in a factory environment and be willing to learn and progress with the company. You will be working with concrete drainage products.

Working hours: -
Rotating shifts
Week 1 = Monday to Friday DAYS 6am - 4:15pm with a 3:30pm finish on Friday’s
Week 2 = Monday to Thursday NIGHTS 7:15pm - 5:30am
* You must be able to commit to the shift rotation to be considered for the role *

Pay rates: -
DAYS: £8.91 per hour plus holiday pay accrued hourly
NIGHTS: £11.85 per hour plus holiday pay accrued every hour worked (nights is operated 4 nights a week as stated above)

Overtime is paid at time and half after 39 hours worked during this week.

There is progression with the company.

This is long term work - achieve a permanent position following a successful probation period.
